Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return. See below for details.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This process may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: Certain situations allow for partial refunds only (e.g., items returned after the return window, or items with visible signs of use).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@support.com within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping Costs
- Returns: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We cover shipping costs for items being exchanged due to defects or damages.
- Refund Deduction: If the original shipping cost was paid by us, it may be deducted from your refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards and downloadable products
